Being a Dallas newborn photographer, I get to see LOTS of sweet newborn babies! Their sweet toes, hands, pouty lips…oh, and the fuzzy hair!!! When precious baby Elizabeth came for her newborn session, I just about died when I saw her fuzzy head of hair!
Of course we had to get photos with proud older sister, Natalie! She was so sweet and loved her baby. No bribes were needed to get these sweet photos (well, except me promising she would be done in no time!). I’ll be honest… Elizabeth made me WORK for these photos. That’s okay… I understand babies have their days and I do my best to work through it. I actually really love the sweet awake photo we got while she was laying there taking it all in. After lots of shushing, a little warmth, and some wrapping she finally gave in and got into a deep sleep.
Mom bought the gold crown when she was still expecting. We used it in her maternity session so, naturally, we had to use it in her newborn session as well. I love carrying props between sessions…especially when carried from maternity to one year!
